In a few weeks, we are pushing and pulling up Clair up Yr Wyddfa to raise money for the amazing charity, Back Up that provides such important help and support to all those affected by spinal cord injury.
The story so far...
25 years ago, my good friend, Clair, was in a car accident in the middle of Namib desert. Her life changed forever having suffered a spinal cord injury. Clair has gone on to lead what she describes as a 'normal yet extraordinary life'.
This year, to celebrate Clair's 50th birthday and mark her 25 years of living her life with a spinal cord injury, a group of her friends and family are going to push and pull her to the top of Yr Wyddfa. We are doing this to raise more money for Back Up, to enable the charity to continue to provide all the amazing services it does to help others live their fullest life with a spinal cord injury.
