Reaching new heights for Back Up, climbing the physical and emotional mountain that represents the last year of our lives
We must always push on!
I'm taking on the Push for Back Up!
Last July saw our lives flipped upside down - in the most literal of ways, when my husband came off his bike on holiday in morzine and severed his spinal cord! He broke and fractured his spine from T10 to L5 as well as breaking his collarbone and several ribs!
This climb up snowdon is not only a physical mountain for us to climb but represents the emotional mountain we have been on over the last year
I am doing this to raise money for the amazing charity Back Up who have been amazing and provided me support as his wife through the mentoring scheme. I’ve been able to connect with a fantastic mentor who has guided me through so many times and emotions
